Printable PDF documents from TYPO3

Using CMP3, TYPO3 contents can automatically be transferred into a printable PDF.

Example: Seminars

Out of all seminars offered on a given TYPO3 web site, individually assembled quotes for customers shall be put together.

First, a TYPO3 editor selects the desired seminars for the customer. He then picks a template for the PDF design, and adds a covering and quote letter. CMP3 generates a PDF that can be sent to the customer.

The requirement is to generate the phone book on the spot from the intranet into a printable PDF.

Using CMP3, data from the TYPO3 phone book will be selected, equipped with a template, and will be transformed into a PDF. Users can initiate this process in the intranet with just one click on a link to obtain a current telephone book for download.
